After booking a session, you have 48 hours to cancel for a refund OR reschedule for a later date. After 48 hours, your booked appointment will be considered final and will not be eligible for cancellation, refund or rescheduling.
All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom.
You will receive a series of emails 7 days before your session begins that provide instructions to help you prepare. I recommend setting aside time several days before your session to ensure that you get the most from our time together.
To edit the spreadsheets you'll need upload the .xls files into software like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or Sheets (for Macs). Anyone with a Gmail account has access to Google Sheets. Click here to download our directions for uploading and editing your spreadsheets.
